The theme of this Hunt and Shopping event is Party People, funny, ugly, Kawaii, cute and cool. You are looking for a Potato for 0L per items. Hunt start is inside of the central park in the middle of the Sim. Touch panel in front of the shop to get hints or look for gifts without a hint.

Potatoes are located within the big square in the middle of the Sim, all around the benches, trees and bushes. I was able to find 58 of them. You can grab makeup, accessories, hair, poses, furnishing, nail appliers, animated objects, eye appliers, tattoos and a lot more (mostly womens items, but there are a few for men as well).
