This build is a two-in-one! Not only is it a showcase of another favorite creator, it's also a Christmas in July House build! I was beyond thrilled when Seasons was finally announced and then released... it was the only other pack I'd been hoping for since Pets. Now we can properly celebrate an actual snowy Christmas in the Sims world. Yay!
This house was built by Peacemaker as part of his 'Welcome to brindleton bay' neighborhood set. This specific house was called Bayside Hideaway and featured a price of $38,946, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
So, this house is not only built by Peacemaker, it is also entirely decorated with only his items along with EA unlockables and such. I had a great time decorating this house and hope you guys get to enjoy it too!!

A single room divided up into a livable apartment space. Small bedroom/Living and dinning area/Kitchen and Bathroom. Simple furnishings but all you would need for either a single Sim or a starter couple. Enjoy!
