This is a pretty old build that I've just gotten around to uploading and posting the CC list for here. If there is anything missing, that you'd like to have, please let me know.
Two bedrooms upstairs with a small hallway, bathroom, kitchen and living room downstairs with a nice sized yard. This would be a lovely starter home but well above the price.
