In world, you can pick up this body for 299L's directly from the LUCYSHOES/LUCYBODY store OR you can join the free group and take part in the Midnight Mania board and when/if the count reaches the set number you will receive the full body free of charge the following day!
I am shown here, wearing the Afrodite body from the Midnight Mania board that I picked up a while back on my hunt for a nice mesh body that was cheap and had a decent alpha hud. This one fits that criteria.
Above is shown the information on the NC you will receive with your body and all the items you will get once you unpack the body, in your inventory.
This picture here shows how the Hud for the body looks. I love it for the many alpha channels that you can hide to help fit into mesh clothing. I am wearing the Babe Jumper for Maitreya that was a prize in the Good Vibes Hunt I blogged about, made by 1 Hundred. I have used the hud to alpha out the midsection of the body so that the skin is not poking through while wearing the clothing.
Also shown here, is that there are multiple skin colors and tints to help blend in either a mesh head (I'm wearing the LV Chloe Head that I blogged about HERE), or your original Second Life standard head to the Lucy neck/body. There are nail options already in the hud and tattoo, clothing and underclothing options.
Even if you were to pay the 299L's this body would be well worth it, in my opinion. If you are looking for a cheap or FREE (in this case, perhaps) mesh body in Second Life this would be a nice choice. Yes, you will have a bit of a struggle when it comes to wearing mesh clothing made for other styles of bodies, but... it CAN be done with some patience.
Once you've visited this store, you'll also notice they actually sell clothing and shoes for this mesh body and their other versions as well, so that's always an option too.
